Issue Summary

On a board(company managed project), where the board has issues for different users as Assignees when we select the quick filter Only My Issues, then it does not remove the User Avatars of other Assignees. If we reload the page, then the User Avatars of other Assignees go away and I can only see my own User Avatar. Similarly, if I de-select the quick filter Only My Issues, then the User Avatars of other Assignees do not come back, we had to reload the page to see the User Avatars of other Assignees.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Goto a Company Managed Project Board(Kanban or Scrum).
2. Add issues on the board having different users as Assignees.
3. Click on the quick filter Only My Issues.
4. You will see that the Board view continues to show the user avatars of other Assigness as well.
5. Reload the page and the User Avatars of other users will get removed.
6. Now de-select the quick filter Only My Issues.
7. It will not bring back the User Avatars of the other users. 
8. Reload the page and the User Avatars of the other users will re-appear.

Expected Results

1. Click the "Only my issues" quick filter
2. The other assignee avatars are still displayed
3. On page reload: The other assignee avatars Should continue to display and should not disappear.

Actual Results

1. Click the "Only my issues" quick filter
2. The other assignee avatars are still displayed
3. On page reload: The other assignee Avatars disappear.

Note: Any change to the avatars' visibility when "Only my issues" is selected/deselected is unexpected behaviour.

Workaround

To use the Assignee (User Avatar) pickers found to the left of the "Only My Issues" quick filter.
It offers the same functionality in filtering out issues assigned to that user, while also persisting across page reloads without other User Avatars disappearing.
