Plan in Advanced Roadmap has section 'issues without parent' designed to display issues which do not have parent in accordance with current view. 

If all issues in a plan have parent, '0 issues without parent' is displayed. This might be confusing to the users.

It would be beneficial to have option to hide this message when there is 0 issues without parent.
