"Days in the column" should take into account the "Working Days" configured for the board

Current Feature:

Dots that are the indicator of the "Days in column" feature is intended to simply count the total number of days an issue was in a specific status, regardless of working days.

Requested Feature:

The feature of "Days in column" should respect the Working days that have been set up across the board.
