Current Behaviour: When we add videos to the issue description, it's not completely visible (top to bottom) on the same screen and the users need to scroll to see the entire video.
This is primarily seen when the users add videos taken from their mobile (standard android or iOS resolutions).

Expectation: We should be able to resize videos to a smaller resolution such that its visible on the same screen without having to scroll.

Workaround: If we add the video inside a cell in a table, we can resize it to smaller size as it assumes the size of the cell which can be further downsized. This way the entire video is available without scrolling.
