Currently, Builds and Development Information are available only for Connect Apps (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/software/rest/api-group-builds/#api-group-builds). As more and more App Developers and Partners are moving from Connect to Forge, they are missing the ability to integrate the development information in their apps, as it is only available for Connect and scripts via OAuth and JWT.
Connect apps being migrated to Forge as in https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/build-a-connect-on-forge-app/#option-b--using-connect-modules-on-forge also do not have any compatibility.
