Provide a public REST API endpoint to get deployment reports

      Summary

      Currently, we can download the deployment report by visiting project>deployments>export 

      Suggestion

      Create an API endpoint to access this report so that users can automate using REST API instead of logging in to the UI and downloading the report manually.
