In our current Jira Server version, whenever a user enter a query in the JQuery editor, Jira automatically adds a space after each keyword/value.

The JQuery editor in the Cloud version does not do that, requiring the addition of the space to be done manually by the user, making the writing of complex and elaborate queries much more difficult. 

The JQL Auto-complete option under Administration > System > General configuration is set to ON

Server 

spaces have been added automatically, and after choosing the AND operator, a space is added automatically, and a new suggestion window is opened.

Cloud

all spaces have been added manually, and after choosing the AND operator, no space is inserted and a new suggestion screen is not opened.

Please make this possible in the Cloud version as well.
