Issue Summary

On some instances, users are unable to update future sprints in team managed projects. When they click the dropdown and hit "Edit Sprint", the only sprint that they can edit is the active one.

This appears to be a result of a FR implementation: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17195 - but the parallel sprint option is not enabled on these instances

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a TMP Scrum project
2. Create a sprint and start it
3. Create another sprint
4. Edit the future (non-active) sprint

Expected Results

Should be able to edit the sprint

Actual Results

Can only edit the active sprint.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
