Allow for naming Sprint upon Sprint creation

    Description

      Current Behavior

      Clicking Create Sprint on the backlog view of a board will automatically create a new sprint with a pre-generated name. If a custom name is desired, the sprint must be manually renamed afterwards.

      Desired Behavior

      Clicking Create Sprint allows the user to choose the sprint's name before the sprint is created.
