    Description

      In the comments of a ticket, would like to be able to "respond" to a comment, without having to tag everyone again, so for example, someone tags me and a bunch of other people in a comment, then I respond, but right now I have to re-tag everyone else in the response again, would be nice if we didn't have to do this.
