Scroll bar is not available on active sprint board after switching back from burndown and other reports

Issue Summary

Right side scroll bar is not available on active sprint board after switching back from burndown and other reports.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login into Jira cloud instance and access active sprint board
2. Make sure scroll bar is available on right side of the board
3. Go to reports and select burndown chart(or any other report). Select different sprint from dropdown menu
4. Go back to active sprint board again

Expected Results

Scroll bar should be available to scroll up and down

Actual Results

Scroll bar is not available on right hand side

Workaround

Refresh the active sprint board to get the scroll option
