Ability to Bulk Edit/Delete Filters

    Description

      As a user I want to be able to bulk edit my created filters - namely being able to delete as many as I want at one time, instead of having to click and delete and confirm each one.

      Also, delete the filters even when the Projects related to them are in Trash.
