Creating a Kanban board with sample data results in undescriptive error

Issue Summary

When a user created attempted to create Kanban with sample data board on an existing project they see the error

ErrorUnexpected failure occurred. Importer will stop immediately. Data may be in an unstable state: expected one element but was: <com.atlassian.jira.issue.fields.config.FieldConfigSchemeImpl@a0b82f76, com.atlassian.jira.issue.fields.config.FieldConfigSchemeImpl@b94e2a52>

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a company-managed project with the kanban project template.
2. In this new created project click the board dropdown in the sidebar, and select Create board at the end of the dropdown.
3. In the following Popup window select Create a Kanban board with sample data
4. Type in the new project name, project key and project lead and click Create board.

Expected Results

Board with sample data should be created OR if it cannot be created, the error message should contain explanation of what needs fixing.

Actual Results

The board was not created and the error message is not informative.

Workaround

The issue appears to be related to the context on certain custom fields. Removing the context from the field Story Points appears to have fixed the issue:
