Setting start and end date on Roadmap will set to -1 day depending on timezone

Issue Summary

When setting the dates of Epics on the Roadmap it will change the days set to -1 day if the user timezone is negative (GMT -X).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Roadmap
2. Set the End Date of an Epic in the Roadmap to Jun 15

Expected Results

The End date will be set to Jun 15 in the Roadmap and in the Epic.

Actual Results

The End date will be set to Jun 14 in the Epic and after refreshing the Roadmap it will display Jun 14 as well

Workaround

Set the dates directly on the Epic and not in the Roadmap
