Support Sprints from different boards in the Insights Sprint commitment chart

      Insights charts like "Sprint commitment" only support Sprints created in the "current" board, when the board calls Sprints from other boards the chart returns no data and the "Target isn't set yet" message, It would be great if the chart support Sprints from other boards.
