Problem definition

There's no way to track changes made to a plan's settings, such as:

• Issue source
• Exclusion rules
• Custom fields
• Removed issues

Suggested solution

It would be nice to have a history section to show what actions were taken, so if a mistake happens, it would ease identifying what was modified.
