Team Managed Projects: Allow Automation to edit the Restriction level on Next-gen Issues

      When using an automation to edit an issue, all fields are shown except for the "Restrict' field, which allows restricting issues to specific roles in Next-gen projects. Having this available in automation would allow more flexibility for Next-gen issues.
