Automation for jira to support bulk operations - currently bulk update actions do not trigger automation rules

    Description

      Currently, as mentioned in the bug report https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-78204 automation currently do not support bulk operations. It would be great if we have this feature implemented.
