Issue Summary

Affected features (verified with Chrome 92.0.4515.107):

1. Rule deletion does not work in Chrome because the confirmation dialog is not appearing
2. Discarding a new rule mid create does not work in Chrome because the confirmation dialog is not appearing
3. Discarding a new rule created from a template does not work in Chrome because the confirmation dialog is not appearing
4. Reverting rule changes does not work in Chrome because the confirmation dialog is not appearing

This problem is caused by https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5148698084376576.

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Results

A confirmation dialog is displayed and user is able to proceed or cancel.

Actual Results

Confirmation dialog is not displayed

Workaround

1. Use Firefox. This bug only affects the latest version of Chrome.
2. Use an older version of Chrome. This bug only affects the latest version of Chrome.
3. For problems 2, 3, and 4 refreshing the page will also do the trick.
