Wrong formatting of URLs in Teams messages

Steps to Reproduce

While sending a lot of comments with URLs, then they do not get formatted correctly on teams. Instead of showing a hyperlink, they get formatted to txt which is difficult to read

Expected Results

The URL format should be a hyperlink

Actual Results

The URL format is txt

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
