Issue Summary

• Users with "Create Issue" permission but no "Manage sprints" and no "Manage issues" permission have a "+ Create Issue" button for sprints in backlogs, but receive an error if they try to create an issue on the sprint. The Error reads "You're logged out. Log back in and try again. Error <alphanumeric code, 7 characters long, changes every time>"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up a team project with backlog and sprints features enabled
2. Set up a user with a role that has the permissions Work on Issues, Create Issues, and Collaborate on issues (as well as their subpermissions) enabled
3. Log in to the project as that user
4. Go to the backlog in the project

Expected Results

• User should see the sprints and be able to work on the individual issues, but should not have a + Create Issue button

Actual Results

• Users have a + Create Issue button, but when they try to add an issue and press enter to save the issue, they are given an error "You're logged out. Log back in and try again. Error <alphanumeric code, 7 characters long, changes every time>"

Workaround

Removing the Create issues permission will remove that button, but may have unintended consequences in preventing the users from being able to create any issues.
