      Archived release issues are missing in the plan even if they are included through valid issue sources

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a plan and some issues
      2. Create a release
      3. Add an issue to the release
      4. Archive the release
      5. The issue will not be visible on the plan anymore

      Expected Results

      Issues in archived releases should be visible in the plan

      Actual Results

      Issues in archived releases are not visible in the plan

      Workaround

      Delete the archived release or unarchive it
