Ability to open the linked issue in the Kanban pop up screen instead of a new tab

As of now, the linked issue can't be viewed on the same pop-up screen on the Kanban board. The linked issue will open on the new screen.

Implement the ability to open and issues in the pop-up itself instead of opening it in a new tab.

The implementation could be similar to opening an issue in the board as a pop-up or like a sidebar view in the backlog.
