            Hi Kevin,

Since this was logged I think some of these shortcuts have been fixed/restored.

Did some exploratory testing today using Chrome & Firefox on Windows and found the following in the agile board (active sprint and backlog):

            • 'a' = Assign. Opens the issue details but sometimes does not activate/focus the assignee field. Pressing a second time usually works.
            • 'm' = Comment opens the issue does not properly focus the comment entry field. Sometimes you can only see the top edge of the comment area.
            • Watch Issue - there is no shortcut defined for this I could find.
            • 'l' = Labels only opens the issue - does not activate/focus the Labels field. If you press the short cut a second time it works.
            • 'i' = Assign to me = works.

Test Process - After opening the agile board I am using the keyboard shortcuts to select/navigate issues on the board 'j', 'k', 'n', and 'p'.

Don't really have an up-to-date Mac around to test on. Are your test team still on Summer break?

            Cheers,
            Dwight

I actually noticed the same for Jira Service Management projects: when I view an issue from the queue, the assign to me shortcut "i" does not work.

Procedure: click on queue > click on issue in queue > while viewing the issue details press "i" to assign to me. Nothing happens. None of the listed keyboard shortcuts work, though strangely the letter "w" pops-up "Log time" while this is not listed as a shortcut?!

URL when viewing an issue in the queue is like https://our-site.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/KEY/queues/custom/388/KEY-12345

When viewing the issue on its own, like https://our-site.atlassian.net/browse/KEY-12345 the shortcuts do work.

This used to work just fine, but s+t and s+b now just doesn't work.

I wonder if there is a conflict with the "plain" s and t shortcuts?

Very frustrating for planning. This used to work!

Shortcuts seem to be working for 'Open issues is sidebar' setting.

Missing Move to top of Sprint, Move to Bottom of Sprint.

A main characteristic of agile planning in a sprint, with capacity issues, is to be able to move tickets as easily as possible, So, adding to the Top or Bottom of a Backlog isn't enough. So, this issue needs to be added to the Popup menu AND Keyboard shorcuts (i.e, on Chrome Windows, SHOFT + ALT S and T does not work),
