Issue Summary

When loading the all board dashboard, board admins for certain boards are visible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the All Boards list.
2. Check for the Board Admin column

Expected Results

The Board Admins should be loaded and their names displayed on the list.

Actual Results

Some Boards do show the Admin names and other don't. According to the closed duplicate ticket JSWCLOUD-22328 this can happen when a board has more than one admin.

Workaround

Open the Board and check the owner on settings
