Allow Project administrators to capture additional fields against a version/release.

Currently, Jira lacks of the ability to add custom fields Releases/Versions to capture additional information against releases

Suggestion:

Allow Project administraors/Jira administrators to add custom fields to releases/versions to capture addional information against releases. Few examples:

• Release custom fields
• Release comments
• Release approval status
• Audit history of changes to release and its scope
• etc
