Have the option to suppress the notifications when releasing a version.

When using the Release button you have the option to move the open issue to the next release.
This action updates the FixVersion field, which triggers Issue Updated notification, sending emails to users on that notification Scheme.

Having the option to suppress this event can prevent users from getting multiple undesired notifications, as it is triggered 1 for each issue.
