      Hi,

      1. Cannot find the escalation for repair. There is a possibility to create IA, but repair process is not included.
      2. When L3 is assigning a task to another level, after that L3 cannot get into it, therefore cannot make any changes, add info.
      3. Could not find a field to record into the invoice number? (on setting the Asset)
