Editing a Release Note and saving it does not keep the change on it

Issue Summary

When editing a Release Note in Jira Software, the changes you apply to it are not kept after saving the change.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the Releases page for a Software project
2. Click on the Release you want
3. Click on Release Note
4. Change the Release Notes there.

Expected Results

Jira should keep the change after saving it.

Actual Results

Jira revert any change made to the previous value.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
