Whenever data is filtered within an Advanced Roadmap, the progress bars don't respect the filtered changes, and still displays the full scope of the data in the hierarchy.

In order for the Progress (Issue Count) OR Progress (Estimation) feature to be fully useful when narrowing down issues with a filter, that display should change based on what filter is currently being applied to an issue.
