Shared labels support

Greetings,

as a larger organization, we have a need to have some basic simple same communication language. One area which we are building is the same coloring for EPICs and above to be able to display critical projects that have fixed deliveries. Not all projects have fixed delivery and thus the ones that are critical need to be distinguished from others visually.

We can achieve this now through the same labeling system but each new Plan in AR we build needs to configure this labeling again.

Can you build in a shared coloring system? 

Example in shared coloring system:

• Label: FixedProductDelivery -> Red
• Label: EndOfSupport -> Yellow

Have such shared labeling would be very helpful as any plan setup would automatically come with this coloring and it would be clear in every single Plan what some deliveries are.
