Issue Summary

Live Plans does not load if the date at look and feel is using capital letters for days or years

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Look and Feel and update the date from yy to YY

Expected Results

The Live plans should load regardless the look and feel date configuration

Actual Results

The Live Plan doesn't load with the error:
stack: RangeError: Use `dd` instead of `DD` (in `DD/MMM/YY hh:mm A`) for formatting days of the month to the input `Mon Apr 05 2021 00:00:00 GMT-0300 (Brasilia Standard Time)`;

Workaround

Edit the date configuration at look and feel from the capital letters for DD and YY to a lowercase.
