Include issue summary and other "key fields" in the non-scrollable header

      Description

      In Jira Software issues, there's a header with the Project / Issue Key. This header remains in place as the user scrolls down through the issue. Same behavior for some other fields, like the Watch button, share, and so on.

      However, the issue summary and other key fields (e.g Status) aren't present in the non-scrollable header. 

      Suggestion

      It would be great to have the issue summary in the header and other fields. This is very helpful when the user has multiple browser tabs with different Jira issues in varying states being scrolled down and needs to easily identify the issue.
