Issue Summary

When splitting issues, the images added to the description are shown as “Failed to load”

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the backlog of a Classic project.
2. Right-click on an issue that has attachments on the description.
3. Add the summary and click “Split”.

Expected Results

The new issue will be created with the details from the original issue, including the attachments from the description.

Actual Results

The images on the description will show as “Failed to load”.

Workaround

Try cloning the issues and ensure the Include attachments is checked
