It is not possible to clear Target Start and Target End fields

Steps to Reproduce

1. Delete the values Target Start and Target End from an issue on your Advanced Roadmap plan and save the changes

Expected Results

Fields should show empty

Actual Results

Fields show the previous date after refreshing the web page
