Option to retain a value when moving an issue from a company-managed project to team-managed

When there is an issue with a value for a custom field (select list - multiple choice) and we move this issue from a company-managed (formerly classic) project to a team-managed (formerly next-gen), the value of the custom field is retained when using the advanced issue search.

It would be awesome to have an option to disable this option and clear that value after moving the issue because it could mislead a report that is using company-managed (formerly classic) and team-managed (formerly next-gen) projects.
