Commits on the Jira issue view are displayed in the wrong date format.

      Issue Summary

      When viewing the Commits tab on Jira issue view, the date is formatted in mm/dd/yyyy format, regardless of the Date/time format settings

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open an issue that contains commits in the development panel.
      2. Click the commits to view the dialog.

      Expected Results

      The date is formatted using the dates formatted defined in the System -> Look and Feel settings.

      Actual Results

      The date is formatted in mm/dd/yyyy format.

      Workaround

      Click the link to view the entity in its native tool.

            Hi all,

            Thank you for raising this bug and bringing it to our attention.

            Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each bug request but admit that not each one will be resolved.

            To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this bug to focus on our upcoming roadmap for all Jira users.
