      Issue Summary

      Hovering over a relative dates in the detail dialog does not show absolute date

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. View an issue which contains development or release information.
      2. Open the development dialog to view data that has a relative date (e.g. Pull requests, Builds, Deployments)

      Expected Results

      When hovering over the relative date, an absolute date should be shown.

      Actual Results

      There is no tooltip on hover.

      Workaround

      Click the link to view the entity in its native tool.

            Hi all,

            Thank you for raising this bug and bringing it to our attention.

            Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each bug request but admit that not each one will be resolved.

            To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this bug to focus on our upcoming roadmap for all Jira users.
