Issue Summary

Not able to create new sprints If a board has 2 projects in the filter and one of those is archived even if they are using the same permission scheme

Steps to Reproduce

1. In a board put 2 projects in the filter using the same permission scheme
2. Grant the manage sprint permission to a basic user
3. Archive one of the projects
4. In the board with the two projects try to create a new sprint

Expected Results

The sprint should be able to be created as the user has the manage sprint permission in both projects (they are using the same scheme)

Actual Results

The user is not able to create sprints showing the message that the manage sprint permission is needed

Workaround

Remove the archived project from the filter
Or, Restore the original project
