Child Issues Should Appear Strikethrough on Parent

Problem Definition

Customers who have Parent/Child issues using a Custom Portfolio Hierarchy do not see the same visual formatting applied to issues that have been resolved

Suggested Solution

Match Visual Strikethrough formatting that is applied to issues linked when an Issue is closed:
This can also be related to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JPOCLOUD-1661 to bring in Child Status details on the Parent Issue

Why this is important

Visually, when an issue is struck through, we can quickly see that the issue is resolved, however as there is no visual formatting nor status indicator, Customers would need to click through to see the status of the Child Issue

Link Child Issues to their Hierarchal Parent
