Ordering issue is not working in Next-Gen backlog

Issue Summary

When to reorder issues it returns back to the original place

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to reorder an issue in the Next-Gen board.

Expected Results

The issue is added to the Sprint or is placed in the desired position in the Backlog.

Actual Results

The issue back to original place.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
