Issue Summary

When you delete the Location or uuid Custom Fields, they will appear re-created after a few days & there is no way to fully delete those Fields from a cloud instance.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access Custom Fields page,  Jira Settings > Issues > Custom Fields
2. Delete any of the Location or uuid Custom Fields
3. After a few days, the deleted fields will be re-created

Expected Results

The deleted Fileds will remain deleted

Actual Results

The deleted Fields will be re-created after a few days

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
