Ability to remove the "None" option from the next-gen drop-down field

The options in the next-gen drop-down fields are customizable, however, a default "None" is always added to the drop-down options. This could lead to a user creating an issue without a valid option and therefore an option should be provided to remove the "None" from the drop-down.
