Hyphenation on Filter Name doesn't return Search result when creating a Board from filters

Issue Summary

Using hyphens on a filter name doesn't return the result when creating (or editing) a board from filters.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to your Issue navigator Search
2. Search for some issues e.g. project=ABC ORDER BY Rank ASC
3. Create a filter name using hyphens e.g. Atlas-Test-Filters-One
4. Attempt to create a Board using the filter name above.

Expected Results

The filter name should be returned as the result for selection and hyphenated filter name shouldn't be excluded from the search result.

Actual Results

• In a Instance that has less filters. by simply calling "A" alone, you can get the search result to return the values of all the filters but when you type e.g. "Alpha-T" => any text after the hyphen, in this case ("T") the results are removed.
• In a larger Instance, no result are returned at all.

The problem can also be replicated with underscore and brackets:

Workaround

Temporarily rename the filter (removing special chars) when creating a board from a saved filter.
