Description
I'd really love to see the ability to add in conditions, post-functions, validators, and triggers in the next-gen service desk work flows. The two rules that currently exist "assign a request to someone" and "update a request field" are nice, but only do so much.
Suggesting that there's expansion on the rules or reintroduction of transition functionality.
I've poked around a fair amount and haven't found anything discussing this, so apologies if I just missed it.
