      Problem Definition

      Currently, the "Watchers" field isn't visible in the issue creation form of the next-gen projects. This prevents users to add watchers in the issue creation moment.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow the possibility to see the "Watchers" field in the issue creation form of next-gen projects.
