Ability to split team-managed issues

      Currently it's possible to clone team-managed issues, but we'd like the ability to Split issues as in company-managed Jira Cloud projects:

            I agree this issue is very important. I find it surprising that in all this time it hasn't yet been picked up for development.

            Would like to carry over remaining story points on an issue to get a more accurate reading on team velocity. Currently using sheets for this. 
            Past readings without doing this, the velocity estimated was off by a lot as issues carried over
