Make % epic percent completion available for reporting

    Description

      As a PM, I want the ability to quickly pull up the % complete of an epic via JQL so that I can populate many of my reports/dashboards automatically, without the need to calculate this one value manually.  

       

      Ideally % complete would be the number of (incomplete issues / total number of groomed issues)
