      As a Jira Software user, I want the issue's children to be displayed on their order creation (top-down).

      Currently, the children issues are displayed in their order creation from down to the top, and this may create confusion, and considering the children issues cannot be reordered (feature request JSWCLOUD-17284), it would be better if the issues were displayed on their order creation, from top to down.
