Ability to choose the issue details open type(sidebar/dialog) in the backlog

      Problem Definition

      Currently, users are able to choose how to open the issue detail view by clicking the three dot icon and selecting "Open issues in sidebar" or "Open issues in dialog", as described at https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/changes-to-issues-in-the-new-issue-view-966684842.html.

      However, this option is available only in the kanban/scrum boards.

      Suggested Solution

      It will be great if this option is available in the backlog too.
